Age restriction
Alcohol is not sold or delivered to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older. Proof of age may be requested on delivery, and an order will not be handed over if it cannot be shown.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we do not see or store your card details. An order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by email.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Wine is delivered only to an adult at the delivery address.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel an online order without reason within 7 days of receiving it, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Unopened wine must be returned in its original condition; the only cost to you is the direct cost of returning it. If wine arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Your personal information
We use the details you give us only to process your order or enquiry and to deliver your wine, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
